The Global Development Unit’s information and publication activities are part of the advocacy work it carries out in Finland. Information and materials are disseminated to focus groups on current themes concerning developing countries to maintain the debate on the major challenges related to developing countries.

The Global Development Unit produces material on issues related to promoting sexual health and rights, improving the status of girls and women for increasing people’s well-being and promoting social and economic development. The materials can be used as supplementary educational materials in schools and adult educational institutions and as a source of information for everyone interested in issues related to developing countries.
