Puberty

Puberty begins at a different age for each young person individually. In biological girl bodies, it usually begins earlier than in boy bodies. The body and mind change and develop enormously during puberty.

One of the most baffling changes in puberty is the growth and development of the genitals. Puberty also affects the brain, body shapes and reactions (such as sweating, leukorrhea, menstruation, ejaculation, erections), muscles, and hair.

During puberty, changes also take place in emotional life. At times, it may feel like everything is awkward and especially the surrounding adults do not understand anything about your life. These feelings usually subside as puberty progresses and the brain develops and the body becomes accustomed to hormones.
